Step 2

We need just a moment to verify the information on our end. If everything is correct, we'll approve you as a exclusive distributor.

Step 3

Once approved, you will be assigned a key account manager, will call you and guide you with the products, working model, rates, MOQ's etc.

Step 4

Choose the products you want to purchase from our excellent assortment. The assigned key account manager will send order details Which will include, minimum order quantity(MOQ) and shipping costs before submitting your order.

 Note: We'll send you an invoice in the next step!

Step 5

We'll confirm the order in accordance to stock or conditions and send you an email with the invoice. You will the have to proceed with payment via UPI/QR Code shared by our team

We then take care of the transportation process and ship your orders and share tracking details within 24-72 business hours!

Delivery Time

Order Preparation time is 24 - 72 business hours.
Standard delivery time is 6 - 10 business working days (Valid for PAN India location, outside India delivery time may vary).

Payment

- We accept an advance full payment.
- Products purchased from pitusa Trade, CANNOT be sold on Amazon other third party platforms.
- Brand availability varies per area as per distribution right with the reseller Register yourself with us to access pitusa products and become an exclusive distributor.

Withdrawal / Returns

Withdrawal returns are not permitted.

Product Damage And Inconsistencies

If the product are received in poor condition / damaged during transportation, the communication must be made to pitusa's key account manager within a maximum period of 24 hrs from the receiving date with an opening video. Contact your dedicated account manager or feedback@pitusa.in to discuss available options and resolve the matter.

Expiration Date

The reseller/ wholesaler/ distributor is fully responsible for sales & marketing of goods to ensure and guarantee stock rotation. pitusa does not bear responsibility for unsold products, and does not accept returns of expired products.
